Best for someone with a clear agenda or specific problem set you’re trying to solve. Examples:

• You’re halfway there on your house, but you need someone to help hang your art, decide how to arrange your living room furniture, or choose a color palette for your guest bathroom.

• You would like help sourcing materials and furniture for a specific room/set of rooms.

• You want to renovate your kitchen or bath and do the bulk of the work yourself (or manage the trades). I can help determine if the layout needs troubleshooting, or offer suggestions on the hard finishes (like tile, countertops, and fixtures). I can also provide a moodboard with sources.

• Minimum 1.5 hours/$200

Best if you are working within the footprint of a space (no major construction; no walls moving). Cosmetic trades only (tilers, painters, etc) . Examples:

• You want to redo your bathroom or kitchen but work within the footprint of the space. I can help sketch out a plan, provide moodboards and sourcing, and manage the trades for the project.

• You want a total redo on a living space (kids room, bedroom, living room, etc) including paint, furniture, and textiles. I can manage the project from sourcing, purchasing and install.

You’ve got a dusty darling that needs major work to bring her back to her glory days. Services would include:

• Working with a contractor and architect to optimize interiors

• Sourcing, purchasing, and installing soft furnishings (furniture, window treatments, etc)

• Also applicable for any commercial spaces

• Camper reno or ADU outfit
